What are the delivery times for my order?

The delivery time depends on the production period of the selected items, up to 20 working days.

What if I am absent for the delivery?

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our delivery partner will try to leave it with a neighbor. If this is not possible, it will be made available to you at a collection point.

In all cases, a calling card will be given to you and will tell you where your package is. This transit advice note as well as an identity document will be essential for you to collect your order from a collection point.

However, if you do not collect your package within 7 days of delivery, it will be returned to our warehouse.

How do you send the packages?

We deliver your orders in partnership with Chronopost.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellation and modification:

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after you have placed your order as these are automatically transmitted to our printer.

Order changes:

As we produce all orders individually, orders cannot be changed or modified after they have been placed.
